AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All images produced through YPOSER are generated or modified by artificial intelligence. None of the outputs are human-created photographs. When you use any of our tools — Product on Model, Pose Transformer, or AI Image Editor — the resulting images are AI-generated content.

YPOSER uses the following AI model providers to generate and modify images:

• Vertex AI / Google Gemini: Image generation and pose transformation
• OpenAI: Image editing

We may update the specific models or providers we use as technology evolves. This page will be updated to reflect any significant changes.

When sharing or publishing images created with YPOSER, you are responsible for:

• Disclosing that the content is AI-generated where required by applicable law
• Not misrepresenting AI-generated images as human-created photography
• Complying with platform-specific AI content policies when posting to social media or marketplaces

Under Article 50(4) of the EU AI Act, deployers of AI systems that generate synthetic content must disclose that the content has been artificially generated or manipulated. This page fulfils that obligation for YPOSER.

The obligation to mark AI-generated content with machine-readable metadata (such as EXIF tags or watermarks) falls on AI model providers under Article 50(2), not on deployers like YPOSER.
